Should I ask for a revision on a neck lift gone wrong? It has not been offered or suggested to me. I look awful. (photo)

It's been 7.5 months since I had a lower neck and face and eye lift. At 7 weeks I developed a hematoma in the middle of my neck. My doctor had to drain it, sometimes twice a day because it would fill back up. I was put on 4 different antibiotics. He started to drain and pack the area. Finally it started to heal, leaving a scar where it was. At 3 months post op, underneath my neck started to swell, not under my chin. Shots didn't work. At 6 mos post op he has injected Kybella. I need advice.
