Sculptra and swelling

At this point, you have swelling from the injections. It takes at least one month to start to see the improvement with Sculptra. The swelling should subside in another week.

Sculptra takes many weeks

Typically you will see your Sculptra result 1-3 months after treatment. A few days following treatment is typically temporary and not the end result.

Since you are only still 5 days out from your Sculptra treatment, you may have some swelling that is still present and it is settling in your lower face.

Swelling after Sculptra

It is not unusual to get some swelling after a Sculptra treatment and sometimes it can be more swollen on one side than the other. Normally, after a few days to a week or so, the swelling will subside and both sides will appear more even. The appearance that you have at five days after the treatment will definitely not be the appearance that you have later, as it takes several weeks for the final result to be seen.
