I have a rhinoplasty scheduled for two days time and have just had a whitehead form under my nose, just beneath my nostril. I’ve just popped it to drain it and have now but antibacterial cream on it. Will this be an issue for my rhinoplasty?

I'm very sorry to hear about your injury. I would advise you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon so they may look at your nose externally, and internally, with a nasal speculum. A rhinoplasty may be the key to getting your nose back to baseline. Best of luck!
