Will popped pimple beneath nostril be an issue for my rhinoplasty in 2 days?

I have a rhinoplasty scheduled for two days time and have just had a whitehead form under my nose, just beneath my nostril. I’ve just popped it to drain it and have now but antibacterial cream on it. Will this be an issue for my rhinoplasty?
