Are there exercises I can be doing? It is only in one side where I see the tendon popping out.

Answer: Mondor's Cord This is most likely a vein, not a tendon. I see it more commonly after breast augmentation than reduction. The surgeon should be able to break it up into small pieces after 1 month so that it does not constrict your movement across the armpit. Wait to stretch it out until the surgeon says its ok.

Answer: Breast reduction with painfull "tendon stretch" when the arm is lifted. Thank your for your question and what you are experiencing is difficult to determine without photos. The description sounds like a thrombosed vein which looks like a cord and is tender. If this is the problem it will resolve with warm compresses and time. To make sure this is the problem you should see your surgeon.
