I had a fairly significant breast reduction 4 months ago (about 4 pounds off each breast) and I've noticed although I do have feeling in my nipples, the nipple on only one side shows any signs of reacting to anything, the other side doesn't seem to react at all, and actually seems puffy and slightly inverted. is this something that's going to likely be permanent, or is it possible that it will go back to "normal" with time? I'm not sure if it matters, but my surgeon did an anchor incision!

After breast reduction, you should be in your house doing nothing for a week. After that you can go back to work. No exercise for 1 month. By 6 weeks most people are able to do cardio and will feel very well. You should be able to go on holiday.
It is not really possible to change the breast for FTM without surgery. You need to find a surgeon that specializes in the procedure and speak to them. At your young age they will require that you speak to a counselor to help you make decisions.
