Should I be concerned about a knot and tight tendon at my axillary incision site? (Photos)

I am 4 weeks post-op from a breast augmentation procedure. I had my incisions in the axilla region. One of my incions has formed a large knot at and below the incision line. There is no overt redness or drainage. There is a moderate amount of pain. This site also seems to track the right tendon above the suture. Do I have cause for concern?
