I had a root canal in the morning then juvederm that same afternoon. My face is hugely swollen on the side that I had the root canal. Is that from the root canal or partially from the juvederm? What should I do to reduce the swelling. It's been 3 days now and I look disformed

Answer: In the future it would be wise to space the appointments 2 weeks apart.
The Swelling and pain you describe is worrisome for an infection. This may or may not be related to the injection. You should see your doctor who did the injections for an evaluation ASAP.
Two week follow up with your injector after fillers is always a good idea. The product may be able to be smoothed out with a gentle massage or dissolved with injections of Hyaluronidase.
Thank you for your question. I do see a difference. There is more fullness in your bottom lip compared to the top. I do see the outline of your upper lip was injected. Some patients will need more then 1 syringe. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best Wishes
