I had surgery 9 month ago and my nose feels really dry, tight and stiff inside and out. I have a lot of discomfort inside, I feel a little of pressure sometimes too. I get crust/mucus in my nose every morning.. my surgeon said maybe I still have inflammation in my nose but is it normal 9 months after surgery? I have tried saline sprays, gels and humidifier, but it doesn't help with the crust. Could this be an infection but why my doctor did tell me that?
