I had braces for two and a half years and got them off about three years ago. I have permanent wire retainers on the top and bottom and thought that would hold my teeth so I stopped wearing my clear tray retainers. Now, one of my front teeth has turned slightly and is going behind my other front tooth. My clear retainers won't go on all the way, but if I wear them a little throughout the day will they start to fit better and fix my teeth back to how they were when I first got my braces off?
