In my 1st consultation i was told that i needed to get 4 teeth extracted. I was also told that I could get IPR with/before braces & that my protrusion wasn't that bad. I am currently coming out of invisalign & they have not done a great deal of improvement (only straightened my teeth a bit but nothing to rid the protrusion) . I really need a direct answer .. Can a professional HELP ME
