I was wondering if it is possible to surgically raise only the inner part of my eyebrow (closer to the nose) through a brow lift or any other procedure. If i lift the inside of my eyebrows with my fingers to make it straighter the excess skin onto of my eye lifts up and i appear much much alert, youthful. Also since the eyebrows are straighter instead of arching down i appear less angry and less tired. Also would a canthopexy be beneficial to me because my lower eyelid appear to be low. Thanks
Answer: Browlift and eyelid surgery
A browlift can be performed to elevate mostly the central component of the eyebrows which could would consist of softening the corrugator muscle and elevation of the central brow component only. For placement of the incision,it's important to take in to account the fact genetic propensity for male pattern balding. Your eyelids did not show enough scleral show to warrant performing a canthopexy

Answer: Is It Possible to Raise Only the Inside Part of the Eyebrow? Yes, this is possible. An incision can be placed at or behind the hairline depending upon the configuration of your hairline and any family history of alopecia. Another option would be to place an incision just above the eyebrow. However, the incision stands out for many months and is typically not the most aesthetic result. Lastly, Botox treatment of the corrugator muscle will typically lift the inner portion of the eyebrow. The question to answer will be whether that improvement is enough to give you the look you desire. I hope this information is helpful.Stephen Weber MD, FACSWeber Facial Plastic Surgery

Answer: Angry look caused by central brows too low.
Angry look caused by central brows too low can be improved by a Trichophytic central forehead lift which we invented 35 years ago to give the best result. Less effective is the endoscopic FHL. You need nothing done to your lower lids.

Answer: Endoscopic Technique For Central Browlift
A central endoscopic browlift should suffice nicely for just raising the inner half of the eyebrows. That will be more aesthetically tolerable in a male than a hairline browlift. You may also try Botox first to see what non-surgical effect that can create. Also, you do not need a canthopexy as that will not raise your lower eyelid by merely tighten the corners a bit.
