I have a very prominent set of veins which run in a v-shape down my forehead starting at the hairline and coming together at the bridge or top of my nose. Is there anything i can do to make them less visible? Could they be causing migraines? Thank you

Thank you for posting the picture. The treating physician may be able to reduce this effect after careful examination in person.Options may be to treat it like an acne scar with sublative technology that uses RF energy like eMatrix or fractional laser treatment locally.
The technologies for thermocoagulation that are available on the market are well described below. Sclerotherapy with foam is the preferred technique for spider veins, reticular veins and some varicose veins. Watch the clip below from The Doctors TV Show.
While your concerns are legitimate, the risks are very small. I recommend that given such concerns that you have, that you consult an oculoplastic surgeon who treats problems such as these with lasers.
