I’m asking this question again because the original image I chose wasn’t accurate. I had 330cc implants placed recently and love my results, however due to my pre surgery anatomy, my left breast has quite a bit more side boob that is a lot more obviousafter surgery. (Right breast in photo). I was wondering, if I asked my surgeon to tighten the pocket to bring that side to a more medial position, would that work? Do I have lateral displacement or is it just because of my pre surgery anatomy?
