What is This Pink Line on my Skin?

hello I'm a male age 24 and before I used to find this perfect dot on my skin its very small and if you look at it, you would think it's done by a pen or pink marker, but its under the skin and no bumps exactly same mark a pen would leave on a skin but pink...then today I see the same thing but as a perfect line about 3 inches long on my arm. In the morning it was very visible, and it takes about 2 days to go away....I'm not sure what this is. Attached is picture of my arm (area is near hand).
