With your weight and those health conditions, a gastric sleeve would be very helpful to you. Some surgeons will not do procedures for patients with BMI < 35 while others will. You may have to search around your community or region for such a surgeon.

Insurance will not cover for the sleeve for that low BMI. But I would check with a bariatric surgeon and have your height and weight measured precisely and check your co-morbidities. The only weight loss the FDA approved for low BMI was the Lap-Band
