I had surgery on the 16th of June. since I've had surgery I can definitely see the difference in breast size and fullness. I'm concerned and I did talk to my surgeon, but he said it was swelling. Swelling on my right size has drastically subsided since the day of surgery. Even though it was never as swollen as the left side. My left side has dropped faster and is fuller and rounder. I'm disappointed. You can see the size difference in bras and other clothing. I don't even want to go outside.

Maybe you need more time but if you are not happy with this than you have some issues that need to be discussed in person with you and your surgeon....

Answer: Wait 3-4 months before assessing results When implants are first inserted, they sit high up because your tissues are tight and gravity hasn't taken effect. Over time, natural tissue expansion occurs to allow the implants to fall into place. By this time, your breasts will have taken on a more natural contour, where the lower breasts become softer and rounder. Please wait at least four months for this to happen.Dropping and fluffing takes about 3-4 months and can occur faster in one side than the other.

It is not uncommon for the breasts to settle at different rate. It is impossible to perform the exact same operation on both breasts---meaning they can have varying amounts of swelling and therefore subtle changes as they heal. Best advice is to continue to follow up with your surgeon and he or she can guide you though the recovery process.

Answer: Breast implants will continue to drop for up to 3 months, do not be concerned You look excellent for 2 weeks after breast augmentation surgery. Your right implant will continue to drop. Ask your plastic surgeon if you may do breast implant displacement exercises or possibly a pole wraps adjusted to put pressure on the right breast. Your way too early to be disappointed. For 2 weeks your result looks superb.
