What is this golf ball size hard lump near my mons just below incision site?

Asked By:Brat1 in Easley, SC

I noticed pain in my lower abdominal area just below my incision near the mons. I could feel a small knot that was tender to the touch. Today it is painful & is the size of two golf balls. You can visually see the lump underneath & my lower abdomen is swollen. It is also bright pink in the area of the lump. It is hard and painful to the touch. I am three months post op of an extended tummy tuck.
