I am 5'5", 115-120 pounds, round butt, and no intention of gaining weight. However, I'm not fond of my love handles and my thighs. I was wondering about getting lipo on these areas (and my waist while we're at it) and use that fat to shape up my curves, along with removing a little bit of fat from my waist to make me look even thinner. I wouldn't want something super extreme, but instead something subtle to enhance my shape. Is this possible/safe? How much bigger could my butt get? Cost?
Answer: Butt Lift if Skinny It is possible to get a butt lift even if you are skinny. Sculpting the areas around the buttocks (thighs, waist, back) will help to improve the overall shape of the butt. Even a relatively small amount of fat transfer in a thin patient will give a nice fullness and projection. Each patient is different and your surgeon should be able to customize a treatment plan for you.
