Scar tissue or swelling 2 years later... will this ever go?

I had surgery 2 years andd 2 months ago, and i am still getting swelling side walls and supra tip, i am having regular steroid injections into the nose tha removes the swelling. Can somebody tell me if this is swelling this far on from surgery or is it scar tissue? The steroid injections remove the swelling and i am happy for about 2-3 months and is back again. I have thick skin, my dad indian and my mum english. Any help appreciated. I dont want to keep having steroid injections forever.

It is possible for the graft to shift permanently but relatively unlikely after 5 years with the kind of force you describe. The key question is if your nose (tip or columella area) looks different now. If so yes it is likely the graft has moved and yes it can be re-positioned . But most likely...
