Had deviated septum after surgery. It looks stubby & twisted. My bridge is collapsed at the rt side. Should I get filler?(photo)

before my septum ws coming down straight bt off-centerd peeping out of my left nostril.it gave me such a torment i can jst feel it all d time stubbonly fixd at the leftside gvng crooked looks.i went to an ENT specialist who claimed to be d only one doing the local rhinoplastz.although he didnt gv me clear answrs abt my post-op bt i went for it.nd all he did ,took the tip of my cartileg,fixd it to the middle givng my nose such a twist also it looks short and stubby i feel so v bad what shud i do?
