I have been researching submalar and malar implants and I notice that (particularly for the combination implants) they are very visible looking from the side. I am only 36, but Id like high cheek bones , however, I know underneath will look hollow( I have a long face). I have heard that submalar implants can move downwards and I don't know if they will give me a saggy look. There fore the option seems to be the combination, yet in so many pictures they seem to bulge from the skin.
