Nose is quite sore and will not stop running. I have been blowing it gently. My nose was already still swollen before the cold and now it has really puffed up. Just wondering if this will effect my healing results or just make it take longer for the swelling to go down?

Short answer is yes correction can be done. The photo appears to be part of the septum that is rotated out of place and can be corrected under local; anesthesia or sedation anesthesia. with a minimal incision.
Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. There is still swelling present. The swelling misguides the results of your procedures. It can take up to one year for all the swelling to go down. Keep following up with your surgeon.
