I had naturally large breast that deflated after nursing my children. In 2017 I had a breast lift only. In Nov 2022 opted to have implants. After implant placement I had a lot of lateral displacement, in March 2023 I had the popcorn capsulerropathy procedure to tighten the pockets. It helped some. I still get this weird tugging of the medial lift scar that I am very self conscious about. When I push them up it goes away. would a larger implant, fuller on top help?

The main problem is your pectus causing the breasts to tilt inwardly. If you go down in size, the breasts will not be as large and this tilt will not be as noticeable. Your surgeon can also tighten your medial pockets so the implants cannot shift medially as much as they do now.
