I have recently bumped the side of my nose with an elbow. Do I need a nose job to fix the side of my nose? (photos)

I have recently bumped the side of my nose with an elbow, during a basketball game! I am hoping to get a brief diagnosis. I think the side of my nasal cartilage has collapse, because the bridge of my nose on that particular side is sharper than my original nose structure. I am evaluating whether a nose job is needed to fix the side of my nose. Or whether it will recover and look natural again? I dont really know how long I have to wait before deciding on a nose job
