One of the tell-tale signs I’ve noticed in bad nose jobs is a c-shaped deep alar crease especially when smiling. Unfortunately at almost 7 weeks post rhinoplasty, I have this exact concern. My nose right now looks very done, giving my face a very overdone look (I don’t have anything injected or any other operations). Is this temporary or is it a permanent and unwanted effect of surgery?

These bumps are probably the cartilage domes of your nose becoming more visible as the swelling goes down. Unless they are causing problems, they are normal and nothing needs to be done.
