I had a open rhinoplasty recently & the swelling is average to good, but my nose is slightly assymetrical in projection, & probably will stay that way. How soon after rhinoplasty would it be safe to have those lines softened with fillers, & will it make my nose appear larger? Is there any risk of interfering with proper healing?
