I've read literature on rhinoplasty, and it seems the consensus is that large pores and oily skin may compromise results. My skin is quite oily (almost like an oil slick sometimes) and my pores were stretched due to poor skincare in the past. I'm currently on tretinoin, but I could also undergo microneedling and salicylic acid treatment. Should I do this before or after my rhinoplasty or does it not matter?
