What is Causing my Nasolabial Folds?

I'm only 21 years old and I can already see that I have nasolabial folds. is it my bimax protrusion that is giving me folds, my flat paranasal area, or a combination of both? would augmenting my paranasals, and correcting my bimax a good way to solve this? Or maybe, just paranasal implants alone? I would rather avoid fillers, and use something permanent. Would a premax graft help me in anyway?
