October 2020 I had abdominal plasty and the 360 Lipo. May 2021 I had reconstruction of my belly button because it closed up. I’ve had swelling and inflammation issues all the way up until nine months postop. I finally felt like my old self again but it only lasted five months before the swelling and pain when I coughed or sneezed start it up. i’m skinny in the morning and by evening I have a large upper bulge and swelling. Major pressure and discomfort! Haven’t been able to workout in over a mo!

HiYour chest would need scars to tighten the skin but it could be done with a minimal scar approach. You would get a vast improvement to your abdomen with a tummy tuck and it would remove the stomal scar. RegardsDamien
Thank you for your question. Based on the picture you appear to be good candidate for a reverse Tummy tuck. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.
