My Nose Has Gotten Shorter After SMR Surgery?

Hi, I had a SMR surgery of my nose 5 months ago, after my surgery , my nose looks short and lose. as my doctor said that he removed 70% of my nose cartilage from left side of the nose. now i want to make my nose big as this short nose dosent look ok. i heard about Augmentation Rhinoplasty it makes nose bigger, what is the procedure?
