I began with a Class I Anterior Open Bite. My back teeth were in perfect alignment as I had braces before, but my front teeth protruded. My front teeth are perfect now, but now I have box elastics for a Posterior Open Bite that I've developed. The elastics go from my upper and lower 2nd bicuspids to my upper and lower 1st molars forming a slightly slanted box. Would this shape of elastics simply pull my back teeth together or would it also pull my mandible back? I don't my jaw to retrude. Thanks
