I had braces 15 years back and I wear retainers every night. I had a gum graft procedure on gum behind bottom front tooth done 45 days back. My periodontist advised me to not to wear retainers until the gum heals. Since I felt that my tooth is shifting to their original position, I wore retainer for top tooth for 3 days. My smile got better but I feel like my tooth bite is off a little bit. What do I need to do to fix this?. I stopped wearing the top retainer, will it fix it?. Thanks!
