My boobs are far apart; go more to the side than out. How do I fix it? (photo)

Thank you for the question and the photo you provided. There is no treatment option to move your breasts closer together. The footprint of your breasts will always be that far apart. However, you can obtain a breast lift to achieve more upper pole fullness and symmetry which may help with your breast appearance.
