Would you proceed to do a lip lift less than 24h after injecting 300u of hyaluronidase in the philtrum and upper lip area? In your post op protocol, how long before the operation you suggest your patient to dissolve fillers, when needed and why? Thanks

That is not likely but aging is definitely the reason for loss of lip volume, projection, thinning. Fillers and lip lift in selected patients would create nice improvement.
I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

The lip lift incision should not compromise circulation to your nose. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
