I had a small amount of hypertrophic scarring on my right breast where I had an inframammary ba. I first had a minor revision and the hypertrophic scar returned. So I then, began kenalog injections. I had 2. When my doctor checked it again, he said it had flattened and we should not continue. I have severe discoloration that extends beyond the original scar. He said it will go away with time, as my skin is still reacting to the steroid. Is this true? Its been about 3 weeks since last injection.

To be safe I would refrain from vigorous exercise for 6 weeks. Milder exercise can resume in the first several weeks. But I would defer to your plastic surgeon and customize your restrictions according to how you heal
