Military Coverage of Cosmetic Surgery

Military Hospitals are different from VA hospitals but operate under similar guidelines. While occasionally a blind eye would be turned to the performance of a cosmetic procedure it is clear that these hospitals are intended to be used specifically for the restoration and reconstruction of wounded warriors. They do not condone the performance of purely cosmetic surgery.
