Just want to preface that I know my nose could be worse and there are things that I like about my nose (my side profile being one). But I have a pretty deviated septum and crooked columella which looks horrible on camera. Despite getting compliments on it irl and in photos from my “good side” I really want to add more harmony to my pretty asymmetrical face. Could a septoplasty address my concerns or would I need a rhinoseptoplasy? I don’t want to change anything except the crookedness of my nose
