Noticed since adolescence that my nose is crooked, do I have a deviated septum? (Photo)

Your CT scan does show a deviated nasal septum to your left side, and this could be responsible for a crooked nasal appearance. In our experience, when a deviated nasal septum causes a crooked nasal appearance, cartilage grafting in the way of spreader grafts may be necessary to restore a straight nasal appearance. You have a deviated septum on your CAT scan, and a deviated nose externally. A septoplasty can straighten the internal portion of your nose for breathing purposes, however a cosmetic rhinoplasty is required to straighten the External portion of your nose. Both procedures can be performed together under one anesthesia with one recovery period. Expect to pay for the cosmetic rhinoplasty yourself

The CT scan shows a significantly deviated septum and a septoplasty would help. This might not be all that is needed. In most cases a rhinoplasty is needed as well.
