The crowns should take up to 15 years, if they are well cared and good quality ones, this is about zirconium crowns. Have you spoken to the dentist that did the treatment? You are correct in your assessment, and the dentist- in most cases would accept that the result is not acceptable. They should offer to either redo it at no cost, or refund you the crown cost- so you could see another provider
