It's really started to bug me for years that the tip of my nose on the side has collapsed causing it to protrude on my side profile. I'm wondering what could cause this and is rhinoplasty the only way of fixing this issue. I've had people in the past mention my crooked and bumpy nose and it makes me feel super insecure.
Answer: Rhinoplasty versus non-surgical treatment Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs. What you are describing at it concerns you is not a collapse of any sort. The front view shows a combination of deviation of the nasal bridge to the right in the lower segment and a wider appearance of the tip compared to the bridge. The net effect is that on three-quarter view, there is a contrast between the bridge and the tip which is more noticeable from your right side. In general, rhinoplasty provides the most comprehensive and balanced improvement in a situation like this. It is however possible to produce a smoother contour of the junction between the nasal bridge and the nasal tip using injectable fillers. This approach leads to a slightly fuller appearance of the nose on the front view but could represent a reasonable solution from your perspective. Computer simulations can help to understand the kind of change that you would be able to achieve using fillers or using surgery and assist you with your decision.

Answer: Rhinoplasty is the solution Hi from Istanbul! It seems like you have an excess projection on the tip, a nasal hump and weak lower nasal septum cartilage. As for the issue you're talking about, genetics may have caused this, or there may have been a facial trauma during childhood that went unnoticed. A proper rhinoplasty can fix all these issues, and create a natural-looking nose that would suit the rest of your facial features. Hope this helps, best of luck to you!

Answer: Rhinoplasty I think you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty to reduce the bump and make it smaller. The issue you point out is hard for me to appreciate from the photos.
