I HATE this abdominal binder. It won't stay straight and constantly riding off my sides so its basically not serving it purpose with me. Would spanx or full body compression garment be ok to be replace with? I am ready to throw this in the trash.

Unfortunately there is no practical way to remove large areas of fat necrosis from the abdomen. The good news is that with time( 6-8 months) the areas of fat necrosis should soften and get smaller. Discuss this matter further with your surgeon. Best wishes.
