I had a breast reduction a little over a month ago. I’m concerned about something under my breast, right below the incision. It was red and had a white tip, I squeezed it and just a tiny bit of soft white stuff came out. It’s not painful at all, but a lot of blood came out after. I washed it w antibacterial soap and it has a bandaid over it now. Could it just be a buildup of sweat/dead skin in a pore? It is hot where I live.

Hi. Nipple sensory changes/ loss after BR is the rule rather than exception. At 1.5 years after surgery, the sensation level you have is permanent. Frequent massaging of the nipples may help to reduce hypersensitivity
