I have 415 round silicone on both sides under the muscle. I engaged in an activity with repetitive motion that may have caused stress to or around the implant. Felt irritation immediately afterwards, but no pain or swelling. Week and a half later and I still feel numbness, mild tingling, and mild tightening. I have informed my surgeon and am looking for more information. Nerve pain? Early leak symptoms? Or early capsular contracture?

The lower side could have internal tightening to raise the inferior pocket. This could be done at the same time as the areolar scarring and size is redone.
Your heavy size has sagged some because of the weight, and one has shifted. I only use smooth round implants to avoid the long term risks of shifting and changing the shape. I would suggest exchanging them for smooth round implants and going somewhat smaller. Otherwise, you will just continue...
