Veneers VS crowns for bruxism ? (8 top front teeth, cosmetic purpose).

I'd like some advice about getting some veneers VS crowns done for cosmetic purposes (changing shape/lengthening of teeth + whitening). I suffer from bruxism and my top front teeth are small and their edges are a bit irregular/chipped at the bottom edges. My teeth aren't broken or have any problem other than that. It's for cosmetic purpose. Do front teeth crowns (Bruxzir zirconia) last longer in bruxism patients rather than EMAX veneers? Or it is the same? Thanks !
