I'm not sure if it's cartilage, but a few years ago I was boxing and I think that's what caused the tip in the left of this nose pictured to stick out more than the other side. If i press both sides I can feel the left side of this picture go back, almost like it is popping back into place. Do I have to have surgery to fix this? What would I have done, just cut that off to make it more symmetrical? Bonus question: Do you think I would look better if I made the part just above the tip wider?
