I am thinking of starting a potent collagen powder supplement with amino acids and other nutrients to help rebuild collagen and elasticity in my skin. However, after researching how these supplements help rebuild / strengthen tissue around the cartilage and bone, I am concerned that they could also impact the surrounding skin on my nasal tip – a problem area I've continuously had to receive steroid injections post op to reduce thickness / "spongy" feeling of skin. Should I take this risk?
