or are the asymmetries (osteomoties and collapsed upper lateral cartilage) as shown on picture the results of my surgeon's own work? i did not hit my nose nor did I have an infection. everything was normal. can swelling shift nasal bones or cartilages? I had an open primary rhinoplasty 1 year ago.
