My nose is super swollen, red, and worse of all hard from the skin. It's like a crusty red rash over my whole nose. I just had my splint removed, and did not expect this reaction on my skin. How do I get rid of this? I am current using fluconicide .5 prescribed. But, is there anyway to expedite this healing process?? I look horrible and cannot even go out.

This weakness in the alar wall (above the nostril) is termed external valve collapse. To fix this or not depends on if you have any breathing difficulties. This will be addressed and repaired during a rhinoplasty. Best wishes!
While it is hard to say for sure without an exam, it appears that the bottom of your nasal septum is deviated to the left a bit. That creates the fullness on the left side which can often be improved with a well performed rhinoplasty. Same goes for the differences on your three quarter views....
Sometimes cartilage grafts can protrude into the nasal vestibule and cause a bump. It may also be a small abscess but this is usually tender and red. Can your prior surgeon examine you?
