I've had this gap for years and I wanted to know if I could get an estimated time I would have to have braces on. Every tooth is straight an together expect my two front teeth which have been separated for years. How long would it take to fix the gap with braces? In the picture my teeth look crooked and not together. This is because the camera I was using was shaking while the picture was being taken.

My advice would be to do nothing for now. Your child's teeth look pretty normal for a child his age and you can expect his teeth to look a lot more uniform in the next 3 to 4 years. I know it's hard, but just be patient and you may see that his teeth turn out fine. Good luck...
