Hi, I have a very deep and distinct alar crease, specially visible from the profile. Is it possible to get this "removed" or totally reduced in visibility during a rhinoplasty? One surgeon mentioned this is not possible to "change" this as it's genetics. Is this correct? Thanks in advance!

At three weeks post rhinoplasty, your nose is still in a heightened inflammatory state and still very fragile. I would not recommend pressing or manipulating the nose in any way at this time. I would highly encourage contacting your surgeon with these concerns as they can guide you more...
